Why Set Intentions?

How Does This Work?
- Use crystal vibrations to connect mind, body + spirit energy through daily intention setting.
- Imagine your crystal as a mini-battery powering your intentions. Set intentions to the stone through thought or physical contact.
- Intention setting flows through the mind's eye.
- You can hold the crystal in your dominant hand to transfer the intentional thoughts or use the receiving hand to absorb the crystal qualities to shift your growth mindset.
- There is no right or wrong way to connect with the healing properties of your crystals.
- The most important key is using focused awareness to sync up your mind's eye and potential crystal energy. After all, your mind is your superpower!

Create a positive environment before intention setting. A big part of intention setting is focusing on present awareness to bring your visions to life.
- Helpful to cleanse your energy and your surroundings. Palo Santo is a favorite of mine or ethically sourced White Sage. You can wave a selenite wand through the outline of your body to clear energy too.
- Light your intentions, candle. Grab additional crystals and a journal book to work with during the meditation if you like. Create a comfortable space. Roll out the yoga mat to sit cross-legged or lay on your back. It's your jam. Whatever resonates with you is best.
- Center your mind and body- take a deep inhale through the nose, counting to 4. Hold at the top for a count to 8. Exhale out the mouth to the count of 4. letting it all go. Repeat this at least 3xs.
- Place crystals where you can see them (in a candle) or hold them in your hand.
- Visualize the flow of pure positive white light deep inside you. Start focusing on how you show up in daily activities by living intentionally. What feeling does it stir up to align your mind and heart?
- Stay focused for a minimum of 10 minutes. Allowing space and time for the subconscious to process thoughts and feelings. This will help support creating small and big opportunities to practice.
- Reinforce intentions by journaling your experience. When ready, if you have an Intelligent Intentions candle, write intentions on the back of the organic wildflower seed tag and plant to watch them grow into beautiful wildflowers.
When finished, snuff out the candle, put crystals in a place where you will be reminded of the intentions, or carry them with you for added inspiration.
